a winter wonderland wedding: timeless romance at the st. regis deer valley

Nestled high in the Wasatch Mountains, The St. Regis Deer Valley set the stage for a wedding that was nothing short of magical. Designed by the incomparable Michelle Leo Events, this winter celebration transported guests not only to the breathtaking beauty of Deer Valley but also through time, blending the glamour of the 1920s speakeasy era with the romance of Casablanca and Morocco. Signature cocktails flowed as live music set the mood, capturing the decadence of a bygone era.

Upon leaving the speakeasy, guests entered a stunning tented reception, designed to feel as though they had stepped into an exotic dream. The color palette was bold and unexpected, with rich jewel tones, intricate lighting, and lush floral arrangements that cascaded from every surface. The combination of Moroccan textures, candlelit ambiance, and luxurious fabrics created an atmosphere that was both opulent and intimate. Every detail reflected the couple’s desire to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience, ensuring that from the very first moment, guests were swept away into an unforgettable evening of celebration.

The talented vendor team was lead by Heather Hull of Michelle Leo Events in Utah.

"any wedding I go to after this, including my own one day is ruined. this is too nice, its too nice." - best man

As the night unfolded, the dance floor became the heart of the festivities. Guests danced under the glow of chandeliers reveling in the warmth of the evening despite the winter chill outside. The energy carried through into the after-party, where the festivities continued well into the night, ensuring this wedding would be etched in everyone’s memories forever. With Michelle Leo Events’ visionary design and a dream team of vendors, this winter wedding at The St. Regis Deer Valley was a true masterpiece of timeless romance and unforgettable celebration.
